Three Ring binding with orange-brown vinyl covers. A Total of 147 early 20th century postcards. They include Christmas, Easter, Birthday, Valentines, New Year's, thanksgiving. Many are embossed with gold pumpkins, pilgrims, dogs, windmills. There are also a section of postcards with animals, mostly cats in humanlike scenarios plus a section of Felix the Cat, and Mickey Mouse. These cards are in great condition, in protective plastic holders, 4 to a page, sometimes on both sides. A must for a serious postcard collector.

A scarce original copy of the 212 anniversary of the 1677 attack by Indians on the village of Hatfield. They took 17 hostages , burned 7 houses and barns, killed 12 villagers and wounded four. Among the captives were Benjamin Waite's wife and three young daughters. Benjamn Waite and Stephen Jennings set off to rescue the captives, who were taken to Canada, and were eventualy freed and escorted home from Albany.
